How much does it cost to subscribe to TRAXX HD service?

You can subscribe from as low as USD 3.95 per month for a 12-month subscription.

Can I use my TRAXX HD subscription on my iPhone?

Yes your TRAXX HD is supported by your iPhone. Go on the App Store and download Traxx.fm App.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept any credit card supported by PayPal. You can also subscribe through your iTunes accounts using Apple App Store.

Can I import TRAXX HD in my favorite media player?

Yes we have designed and provided this feature. TRAXX HD streams are supported by:
Windows: Winamp, Windows Media Player, iTunes, VLC, RealPlayer
OS X: iTunes, VLC, RealPlayer
Linux: XMMS, VLC
Palm OS: Pocket Tunes (Deluxe Version)
Hardware: Sonos, Squeezebox, Traxx Box

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel at any time, for any reason, and you will not be billed again. If you chose a one-time billing period then there is nothing to cancel. You will be able to select and extend your account yourself at any time.

Can I record music from TRAXX HD streams?

We are legally required to discourage all forms of stream recording. As such, we cannot be of help or provide any tools or features to do so.

Can I share my account with friends and family?

We encourage people to get their own TRAXX HD account.
Using your TRAXX HD account in multiple places or on multiple devices is acceptable - as long as only one user is listening at the same time. Our system detects if there is more than one session by the same account, and will disconnect the extra connections within a minute.
